In order to further improve the production efficiency and warehouse management level, Jiashijia Decorator joins hands with Hero Intelligent to build an automatic storage system for printing rolls.
Project highlights
①The project is a double-deep alley layout, using up to 20 meters high ox-legged shelves to realize the high storage of cylinder materials, optimize the use of vertical space, and effectively solve the problem of plate roller storage.
②RFID information management system is adopted to realize automatic reading of the information of rollers in and out of storage, which greatly improves the working efficiency and data accuracy.
③Through the cooperative operation of double-station RGV and truss manipulator, it realizes the full automation of the process of plate rollers from in-storage to out-storage. It greatly reduces the labor cost and improves the efficiency and safety of operation.
④Seamless connection with ERP, real-time update and feedback of relevant data, providing strong support for managers' decision-making.
